Refund Policy

1. Service Payment Terms

At Jjs Services Llc, we require payment upon completion of services. For larger repair jobs, we may require a deposit of 50% before work begins. This deposit is non-refundable if you cancel after work has commenced.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

  • Services were not rendered as agreed.
  • Duplicate payment was processed.
  • Technical error resulted in incorrect billing.

3. Refund Process

To request a refund, please contact our office within 14 days of service completion. All refund requests are reviewed within 5-7 business days. If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

4. Parts and Materials

Once parts have been installed, they cannot be refunded. Special-order parts are non-refundable under any circumstances.
